E-services support and guidance for the Asti online service
The City of Helsinki’s e-services support also provides guidance on applying for a place in early childhood or pre-primary education via the Asti online service. For data security reasons, the e-services support will not receive any information about the caller, application or applicant.

Information regarding early childhood and pre-primary education, basic education, general upper secondary education, and vocational education
You can find information regarding study credits, degrees and qualifications obtained in pre-primary education, basic education, general upper secondary education, and vocational education from the Koski service. The Koski service is a national study credit, degree and qualification disclosure service maintained by the Finnish National Agency for Education.
Varda is a database on early childhood education and care maintained by the Finnish National Agency for Education. From the Varda database you can find information regarding children in early childhood education and their guardians, for example.

Registrar's Office
The Registrar's Office operates at Helsinki City Hall in the Helsinki district of Kruununhaka, at the street address Pohjoisesplanadi 11–13.
Phone numbers
