Service Strategy
At the beginning of 2023, Helsinki’s new Social Services, Health Care and Rescue Services Division brought together Helsinki’s Health and Social Services and Rescue Services. The Service Strategy 2023-2025, Wellbeing, health, and safety for Helsinki residents, is based on the premise that Helsinki will better meet its residents’ service needs in the future.
