The Helsinki colours have been saved as Adobe Swatch Exchange files, which you can import directly to Adobe software.

Colours matching the materials manufactured by Avery, ImagePerfect, 3M and Oracal have been defined for decals. However, an exact decal film does not exist for every colour. The manufacturers’ decal shades differ from one another. The most challenging colours for decals are Engel and Copper. If you require decals in these colours, your should have them specifically made.
