In addition to the services provided by the nurses at educational institutions, our centralised unit offers a range of services to support your well-being.

These services include:

- support for mental health issues
- emergency contraception and pregnancy tests
- conscript health examinations for the Finnish Defence Forces and health examinations for individuals ordered to be re-examined.

If you are an international student studying at a university of applied sciences or a university, you can also reach out to our Centralised Unit of Student Health Care if needed.

Appointments by phone. Telephone hours Mon-Fri 9.00-13.00. You may leave a message on the answering machine and we will get back to you. We provide services for upper secondary students, i.e. general upper secondary (lukio) students and vocational college students.

Please contact the following first:
- the public health nurse at your own educational institution
- your local health station in cases of acute illness.

When your own health station is closed, call the Medical Helpline (tel. 116 117). Our healthcare professionals will assess your situation and advise whether you need to visit emergency services.
