Daytime substance abuse rehabilitation supports abstinence from substance abuse and strengthens your resources. In daytime rehabilitation, you will participate in the programme and meetings from your home and not stay in a care facility.
Rehabilitation includes group discussions as well as exercises and assignments that strengthen your self-knowledge. Groups are led by both professionals and recovered peers. We also consider your loved ones in the rehabilitation process.
In rehabilitation, it is necessary that you commit to the week programme and group work. Additionally, it is important that you abstain from substance abuse during the programme and have a willingness to take an honest look at your substance abuse.
We offer rehabilitation programmes of different lengths. The daily programme lasts about 5 hours.
Rehabilitation programme 1
This two-week programme will enable you to take the first steps to make a change. You will receive information about how to care for yourself, the progress of your recovery and the means of support available.
Rehabilitation programme 2
The community will support you for approximately a month. You will contemplate, among other things, how to deal with internal conflicts and hardships.
Rehabilitation programme 3 (Mankeli)
In Mankeli, you will build your intoxicant-free lifestyle and self-image. You will practice taking responsibility for yourself and others.
Depending on vacancy, you can proceed from one programme to the next or apply directly to a specific programme according to your own personal stage of recovery.
You can seek outpatient rehabilitation through the Substance Abuse Outpatient Clinic, Youth Station, Jelppi or follow-up rehabilitation of Substance Abuse Services. Our services are free of charge.
