ITE self-treatment stations at health stations

Vuosaari and Kalasatama Health and Wellbeing Centres feature the most versatile self-measurement stations that you can use to 

• measure your blood pressure
• measure your heart rate
• measure your oxygen saturation and respiratory rate
• measure your temperature
• measure your weight and analyse your body composition
• produce an electrocardiogram (ECG), which provides information about the functioning of your heart.

If you want to, you can carry out the Omaolo Health Check after the measurements to get a comprehensive picture of your lifestyle and mental wellbeing. 

How to proceed:

1. You can complete the Omaolo health check directly on the self-measurement station’s screen after authentication.
2. If the health check indicates any health risks, you can send it from Omaolo directly to your health station.
3. Your measurement results will automatically be attached to the health check.
