For non-urgent matters, please contact our phone service. If you are already a client in substance abuse services, please contact your treatment facility.
You are welcome to come to the reception without an appointment in situations involving detoxification treatment, urgent issues tied to substance use, or if you lack access to a phone. We are available to assist adult residents living in Helsinki on weekdays from 8.30-15.30 at the Kalasatama Health and Well-being Centre. Upon arrival, please register at the kiosks on the 1st floor.
