In supported housing, you live in your own home or in a service provider's independent apartment, a shared apartment, or a housing unit with different independent living and group home options. A common example of group home living arrangements is where each resident has their own room with access to a shared kitchen and common areas.
In supported housing, we also provide you with support, guidance and advice for carrying out everyday activities, maintaining functional capacity, and improving life management and social inclusion.
The costs of supported housing consist of rent and any expenses from care services.
