Autumn 2025 influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations

  • People aged 65 and over can book an appointment for influenza and COVID-19 vaccination in Maisa (maisa.fi and the Maisa app) or by phone at +358 9 310 46300 on weekdays from 8.00–16.00 (no call-back service).
  • Unfortunately, the telephone booking service is currently congested. We recommend calling again later, for example a few days from now.
  • For those under 65, appointment booking opens on 8 October in both Maisa and by phone.

Day activities Syysunelma

We serve older clients living at home in northern Helsinki who have been diagnosed with a memory disorder or whose functional capacity has decreased.

Our Syysunelma team includes a physiotherapist, occupational therapist, social instructor and practical nurses.

Our daily programme includes a wide range of activities, such as mental workout sessions, outdoor activities, building manual skills, music sessions and physical activities, for example gym training. We enjoy meals and coffee together during the day, allowing people to catch up with each other. We plan our activities together with our clients.

Day activities Syysunelma operates at the Syystie Senior Centre in Malmi.
