Memory groups at service centres

Memory groups and memory cafés offer the opportunity to meet people in the same situation and get support for your everyday life.

Service centre memory groups are intended for those who are worried about their memory or have been diagnosed with a memory disorder. We engage in various functional activities in memory groups, have discussions, and reminisce.

Memory cafés at service centres are intended for those looking for information on brain health, memory functions and memory disorders.

The open memory training groups allow you to practice your memory in good company.

The groups are led by trained professionals. We will consider your wishes and needs.

Memory groups and memory-related activities are available at almost all our service centres. Please ask the service centres' social instructors about the groups. Let's find suitable activities for you together.

Participation is free of charge. You need a service centre card to access the service. You can get a card free of charge from the service centres' information desk.

When applying for the service centre card, you can prove your retirement with an earnings-related pension card or a pension or benefit decision. If you are currently not working and you are registered as an unemployed job seeker, you can apply for a service centre card on the basis of unemployment.
