Sports groups at service centres

Service centres offer versatile physical activities from relaxation to dancing and balance training.

All service centres provide opportunities to exercise. You can participate in guided exercise groups and go to the free gym on your own.

Some exercise groups are subject to a fee, such as the service centres sports groups organised by the Cultural and Leisure Division's Sports Services and Adult Education Centre.

The service centres also organise exercise groups to support functional capacity that are led by the service centres' own staff. More information on these groups can be found under the heading 'Physical activity to support functional capacity'.
