At our gym, you can train independently using our versatile and safe fitness equipment. Before you start training by yourself, you will receive guidance on how to use the equipment.

Guidance on the use of gym equipment
At Syystie Service Centre, guidance is available on Mondays at 12.00–14.00 and on Tuesdays at 12.00–14.00 by booking an appointment with physiotherapist Petro Peippo, tel. +358 9 310 23465.
At Madetoja Service Home guidance is available on the first Wednesday of the month at 8.00. No appointment is required. More information is available from physiotherapists Petro Peippo, + 358 9 310 23465, and Venla Wahlman, +358 9 310 44088.

Location
The route to the main entrance
- The 6 accessible parking spaces are located outdoors over 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is less than 3.6 m.
- The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
- The route to the entrance is smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.
The main entrance
- The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
- The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly and the glass doors have contrast markings. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door opens automatically with a motion sensor.
- The foyer is cramped.

- The customer service point is located on the entrance floor.
- The doors in the facility stand out clearly.
- The facility has an accessible toilet.
