Pohjois-Haaga Service Centre is an open meeting place, and its activities support you to live at home and promote your well-being.
Our service centre is a joint service centre of the City of Helsinki's Hopeatie Service Centre and the Helsinki Seniorisäätiö foundation's Mariankoti. We organise activities at both Hopeatie and Mariankoti. The sites are located next to each other near the Pohjois-Haaga railway station.
The cosy Mariankoti branch invites you to enjoy yourself, have fun and participate in events. We offer a variety of activities ranging from parties to physical exercise, indoors and outdoors. If you explore our garden during different seasons, you'll find that there is always something to marvel at and admire. During Christmas time, you might encounter an elf, and in the summer, the garden will dazzle you with a stunning array of flowers.
In our gym, you can work out both independently and under guidance on easy-to-use equipment.
We have customer computers for independent use. For guidance on using smart devices or a laptop, you can book an appointment for digital counselling.
You can find the link to the Hopeatie Service Home restaurant's menu by scrolling further down this page.
The Mariankoti branch staff includes an instructor-in-charge and employees from the Hopeatie branch. You are warmly welcome!
The service centre's activities are intended for pensioners and the unemployed. Unless stated otherwise, the services provided at the centre are free. To access them, you need a service centre card that you can obtain from the service centre's information desk free of charge.
