Pasila Activity Centre

We provide engaging day activities tailored for residents of Helsinki with disabilities.

Located within accessible premises in eastern Pasila, adjacent to the Vallilanlaakso park area, the Pasila Activity Centre is well-equipped to accommodate our clients, with a capacity for 26 participants and a dedicated team of 9 skilled instructors.

Our mission revolves around the development of essential knowledge and life skills for adults, fostering a positive self-image, and nurturing effective interpersonal interactions.

At Pasila Activity Centre, you have the opportunity to explore pay-subsidy employment options or engage in work try-outs specifically related to disability work. Moreover, you can actively contribute by becoming a volunteer, assisting with outdoor activities, participating in excursions, joining group activities, reading, playing games, facilitating sing-alongs, or even hosting small concerts.

We prioritise inclusive communication, utilising methods that support and supplement speech, including picture communication, baby sign language, and the comprehension of body language. Your comfort and engagement are at the heart of our approach.

We are open Mon-Fri 7.30-17.00.
